Curing

6.1 Preparation

Turn on the drying tunnel power supply. Set the heating temperature. If the temperature is raised for the first time, it must be kept constant for 30 minutes after the temperature reaches the set value.

Before the first furnace is cured, the operator must check whether the parameters such as temperature and time meet the requirements of the process. If the requirements are met, the curing can be started and the corresponding recording work should be done. After the first furnace is planned, the curing quality should be checked (mainly see if the components have bubbles), and the normal production will be started as required.

6.2 Overview of the work:

The assembly is sent to a curing tunnel for curing.

6.3 curing process

Set the temperature according to the type of EVA: 3# Curing oven temperature setting: 135 ° C ~ 140 ° C (for EVA supplied by Foster); 142 ° C ~ 148 ° C (for EVA used by SHARP OEM components) 152 ° C ~ 160 ° C (for the EVA provided by Bridgestone). 4# Curing oven temperature setting: 143 ° C ~ 148 ° C (for EVA supplied by Foster); 150 ° C ~ 158 ° C (for EVA used by SHARP OEM components); 160 ° C ~ 168 ° C Applicable to EVA) provided by Bridgestone. Place the assembly on the frame once, turn off the heating and ventilation switch of the curing tunnel, open the drying door, and lift the frame to the walking gear. After the assembly enters the curing chamber, speak the gear, turn the turntable, and start curing. . After the curing is completed, the traveling gear is raised and the frame is sent out to the curing tunnel. The time control of the entire process can be grasped by observing the actual temperature value displayed on the control panel. Generally, it can be baked after the furnace temperature reaches the set value for about 10 minutes.

6.4 Quality requirements:

1  There are no visible foreign objects and bubbles inside the module. (before curing)

2  There are no debris, lobes and slabs inside the module, and the lobes can be inspected by illuminating the surface with a simple light box. (before curing)
