Junction box installation
7.1 Preparation
Use a rag and alcohol to remove excesses and stains adhering to the component glass, TPT backing, and aluminum frame.

7.2 Overview of the work:
Install the cured component into the junction box.
7.3 Junction box installation:
The junction box is bonded to the product drawing design position, and the leads are led out from the four rectangular holes, requiring proper overflow around the silicone junction box.
Welding lead wire: The lead end of the component should be in flat contact with the soldering end of the junction box, and should not be bent. The lead wire end and the soldering end are welded firmly by the electric soldering iron, and the welding time does not exceed 5 sec. The surface of the electrode pad should be smooth and well infiltrated.
Junction box potting: use containers with a volume greater than 300ml, proportionate silicone rubber and curing agent (silicone rubber (938): curing agent = 100:2? (above 25 °C); silicone rubber (938): curing agent = 100: 3 (5 ° C ~ 25 ° C); silicone rubber (938): curing agent = 100: 4 (-5 ° C ~ 5 ° C); OEM potting resin: curing agent = 100: 10), poured into the container and stirred until Evenly, put the stirred glue into the junction box as soon as possible within 15 minutes. The height of the glue is based on the metal parts and solder joints in the immersion box. The following is an example of potting:

7.4 Quality requirements:
1 The surface of the electrode pad is smooth and infiltrated.
2 After the junction box is bonded, there is no obvious gap between the contact area with the back film.
3 The electrode must be welded firmly (with the tweezers pulling without falling off), and no soldering is allowed.
7.5 Note:
1 The components of the junction box must not be turned over. It should be turned off and moved after the normal temperature is 2~3 hours.
2 When removing the components from the conveyor belt, be sure to lift the components and do not allow the components to be pulled off the conveyor belt.
3 The ratio of potting and sealing glue must be correct, and the team leader and quality inspector are responsible for supervision.
