How does a mobile solar trailer work?
The trailer harnesses the energy from the solar panels mounted on its surface. These panels convert sunlight into electrical energy, which is then stored in the onboard batteries. The stored energy can be used directly or converted into alternating current (AC) power for various applications through an inverter.
Can I customize the LOGO and colors on your trailer?
Yes, Color and LOGO can be customized.
Does the solar trailer include a CCTV system?
No, most clients prefer buying a bare trailer and installing cameras locally. Our CCTV box equip POE for easy connection, with DC 24V/48V & AC 220V/110V options, ensure you can plug-and-play. We also offer Hikvision cameras + pre-installation service if you needed.
How many cameras can the trailer hold?
Maximum 6 cameras. Actually, it depends on local sunlight conditions, solar panel power rating, battery capacity and camera power consumption. Please kindly consult our sales team for specifics.
Is there a lithium battery option?
Yes. In addition to standard GEL batteries, we also provide lithium battery options, but the corresponding unit price and shipping costs will increase.
Do you provide shipping services?
Yes. For North America, we can provide door-to-door (DDP) service. For the Middle East/Europe/others, we generally provide factory-to-port (CIF) service.
What’s the production lead time?
Standard sample is generally shipped within 2 weeks, batch orders is generally about 1 month. Please kindly consult our sales team for specifics.
What’s the warranty period?
2-year standard warranty. During the warranty period, if any product failures occurs, we will provide technical support and free replacement parts.
