Frame

5.1 Preparation

Check the framed equipment, the framer and the angler should be kept clean and free of debris, and the transmission part should be well lubricated.

5.2 Overview of the work:

Frame the laminated or cured components.

5.3 Mounting aluminum frame

Solution 1: After starting the air compressor, set the air pressure to 0.6Mpa; adjust the air pressure indication of the decompression table to 0.3Mpa-0.4Mpa; and lay the four frames and the laminated assembly with the sealing strip to the correct position. Open the pneumatic valve and squeeze the frame into place; use an electric screwdriver to tighten the frame with screws. (Applicable to VI type aluminum alloy frame) This solution is adopted after the curing process.

Option 2: Cut the fast solid EVA film insert of 16mm~20mm width according to the size of the components of different models and specifications; embed the EVA film strip into the aluminum frame groove; put the aluminum alloy corner teeth into the short frame (including Both ends with and without holes; according to the size of the laminated assembly, the long frame is mounted on the long side of the assembly, and the short frame is mounted on the short side of the assembly. Note: The corner teeth on the short frame must be aligned with the inner cavity of the long frame and inserted into a certain distance. The short frame with holes must be the lead terminal; use the hammer to hit the short frame until the corner teeth are embedded in the long frame. Note: Do not knock on the four corners when tapping; place the assembly on the angler, align the four corners of the assembly, and press the four corners. (Applicable to III, IV-B type aluminum alloy frame)

5.4 Quality requirements:

1 The aluminum alloy frame has no obvious distortion, deformation and scratches.

2 The gap between the frame and the frame (back) is no more than 0.5mm (for the IV-B frame).

3 The aluminum alloy frame is assembled firmly and no looseness is allowed.

5.5 Note:

1 Prevent damage to the surface of the component due to collision during handling.

2 The components before and after the frame should be placed neatly, the operation site should be kept clean and clean, and the debris should be cleaned in time.
