PHILPS showcase Hue series new products: bathroom lighting mirror
PHILPS continues to expand its Hue intelligent lighting system at home. The next stop is the bathroom with the company's new Adore bathroom lighting mirror. Adore bathroom mirrors can be used as a stand-alone mirror in theory, but like other Hue products, you will be able to connect it to the Hue Bridge hub and integrate it into your smart home settings through Amazon's Alexa, Google and other services.
Unlike Hue's more popular smart bulbs, the Adore bathroom mirror needs to be installed and connected directly to the wall as a unit. What's important for bathroom mirrors is that the Adore bathroom is waterproof, IP44, waterproof and dustproof, which is crucial to something near the shower and the sink.
The Adore bathroom mirror provides only adjustable white light, which can adjust from colder white to warmer white, but can't throw rainbow - colored LED lights in the shower for your morning. PHILPS has listed Adore bathroom lighting mirrors on its website, but it is currently showing shortages and shows no price. But presumably, it will soon be on the market.
