Solar panel packaging information and process

Monolithic welding

1.1 Preparation:

Plug in the power supply and wait until the soldering iron reaches the set temperature (for 155×155mm battery, the temperature is set at 390±10°C, for 125×125mm battery, the temperature is set at 380±10°C), put the soldering iron on the sponge. Wipe clean and apply a layer of tin on the surface of the tip to solder.

All work uniforms and work caps must be neatly dressed before work.

1.2 Overview of the work:

Solder the interconnect strip to the cell.

1.3

Welding process:

The single piece to be soldered is facing up, squared on the filter paper or flat plate, the left hand is connected to the interconnecting strip, and placed on the battery main grid electrode, and the right hand-held soldering iron is welded to the battery by the welding method. On the main gate electrode of the chip (the soldering position starts at the fifth sub-gate line from the edge of the cell and ends at the fourth sub-gate line from the other side). The drop temperature during soldering must not be lower than 340 °C. The soldering iron should not stay on the main grid for too long, and the soldering time on each main grid of the cell is about 3 seconds (for 125 x 125 mm cells) and 4 seconds (for 155 x 155 m cells).

1.4 Welding quality requirements:

1 No solder joint is allowed between the main grid line and the interconnect strip, and the surface should be flat after soldering.

2 Solder deposits or burrs are not allowed on the surface after soldering.

1.5 Precautions

1Because the battery is very thin, it is easy to crack when you pay attention to it. Therefore, when handling or handling the battery, be sure to take it lightly.

2The constant temperature electric iron is made of alloy tip, which is oxidized to prevent its long-term exposure to the air. Therefore, when the electric iron is not used, the tip should be wiped clean on the sponge and a layer of tin on the surface of the tip. Protective effects.

3 The sponge used for welding should be cleaned frequently. The amount of water absorbed by the sponge should not be too much.

4 If the cell is found to have cracks (including hidden cracks), missing corners, missing main gate lines, and surface contamination (cannot be erased) before or after soldering, it should be picked out in time and not allowed to flow into the next process.
