The limit switch sensor for the electric lifting rod is a mechanical or electronic device that is installed in the mechanism of the lifting rod. It consists of a switch and an actuator. The actuator is typically a lever or a roller that gets activated when it comes into contact with a specific point on the lifting rod's path.

When the lifting rod reaches its upper limit, the actuator of the limit switch sensor is triggered, causing the switch to change its position. This change in the switch's state sends a signal to the control system of the lifting rod, indicating that the upper limit has been reached. This signal prompts the control system to stop the upward movement of the rod, preventing it from going any further.

Similarly, when the lifting rod reaches its lower limit, the actuator of the limit switch sensor is activated again, causing the switch to change its position and send a signal to the control system. This signal triggers the control system to halt the downward movement of the rod, ensuring it doesn't descend beyond the specified lower limit.

In summary, the limit switch sensor acts as a safety feature for the electric lifting rod, providing feedback to the control system to prevent the rod from surpassing its predetermined upper and lower limits of movement.
