1) Does the price include cameras?

BIGLUX: The quotation I've sent to you do not include cameras, but we do have complete solution with cameras, do you need us to quote complete solution with cameras? or would you like to install cameras by your side after receiving our solar trailer, it is also not complicate job, since we have supplied you the solar trailer with CCTV mounting box and spring cable with 2 cat6 cable+ 2 AWG cables to the top, you just need to mount cameras and connect the cables.

2) How does the warranty work? Do you ship replacement parts or the buyer has to ship them back to China?

BIGLUX: During our warranty, we will be responsible for sending the replacement parts if the problem is confirmed and caused by our side. If not caused by our side, we will support you for spare parts at your expense.

3) Factory shipping box dimensions

BIGLUX: shipping dimension depends on the quantity you needed.

For the model we've sent to you, 20' container can load 6 units; 40' high cube container can load 14 units.

4) Your 450w solar panel config, what are the sun hours needed to recharge batteries?

BIGLUX: Usually it's need 9hours direct sunlight to charging battery to full level. Considering the rainy/cloudy weather and cold temperature, maybe it needs 3~4 days to charge battery to full level.

5) Can the trailer and portable camera mast be plugged into AC and default to battery power when AC power fails then switch back to AC when it returns?

BIGLUX: The charger is not included in our quotation. If you need power from grid, I can update the quotation again.

6) 117kph is it gusts or sustained wind? what can it handle for short-period gusts?

BIGLUX: 117kph is the biggest wind level in short time the mast could afford, usually we suggest customer lower the mast in terrible weather and strong wind.

7) Color options?

BIGLUX: Our standard product color is white, we also have some other colors available, please check the attached colors for your reference. If the quantity is more than 100units, we can also supply other customized colors according to your requirement.

8) Did Gen set runtime? Does it have a fuel level sensor to notify low fuel remotely? running decibel level as we use trailers in urban areas sometimes

BIGLUX: The Genset will start automatically when detecting the battery in low level, it's will stop after 4hours running or the battery level higher 70%.

The Genset controller could detecting the fuel level and inform you when it's in low level.

We are experienced in Soundproof Diesel Genset, so we could keep the Genset noise in 62~65dB @ 7m, so no need worries about noise in urban areas.

9) Do you have pamphlets for this trailer and the battery backup portable mast unit, so we can see optional configurations and features?

BIGLUX: Yes, please check the attached list of our solar surveillance trailer tower.

If the power consumption of the monitoring equipment is 145W per hour, then the minimum model should be HS4603G-7M with 3*460W solar panel and 6*200AH,12V battery, or better to choose HS4604G-7M with 4*460W solar panel and 8*200AH,12V battery, however, it still cannot avoid the 7.8 days of extremely low temperature you've mentioned. In fact, most of the equipment should not be able to withstand the severe weather, and the personnel will not go out.

Another option is to make a trailer with 4*460W solar panels and hybrid water-cooled diesel engine, but customers in North America have strict requirements on emissions, and some sources may not be available. Please confirm if we can equip you with an EPA tier4i diesel generator, and please confirm if it meets your local requirements.

10) What is the average lead time after the deposit?

BIGLUX: 30~45days.

11) The batteries you quoted are they AGW?

BIGLUX: the batteries we quoted is based on AGM battery.

Can we order extra batteries? if so what are the prices and ah options?

BIGLUX: we don't suggest you to order extra batteries, because the battery is a kind of product which will not work well after long time no using.

Also, I need the mast head pipe mount size, so I know if our box design mount has to be redesigned.

BIGLUX: Usually, we will supply mounting box and ready for you. Please check the two dimensions drawing for you, one is the drawing of mast with head pipe size, the other is CCTV mounting box size.

Does generator monitor the battery levels and will turn on if it detects the batteries are low?

BIGLUX: Yes, our generator system will automatically start to charge the battery when the battery level is reduced to the set value.

Can we monitor fuel level and generator status remotely?

BIGLUX: Our standard product does not have this function, but if you need, we can add this function with extra cost of USD896/trailer;

Is the solar panel output enough during day time hours to fully charge the batteries and provide power to camera box at the same time?

BIGLUX: It depends on which model of solar trailer that you choose, and the time of sunshine in your area in different seasons.

If answer to question 15 is "No" then is the generator powering the cameras or charging the batteries and what is the runtime for the generator "fuel tank size" , how many runtime hours will its fuel tank provide and power watts or amps output for charging.

BIGLUX: According to our standard setup, generator automatically running time is 4 hours.

Does trailer have a computer onboards with monitoring software? If "Yes" when we purchase can you provide API/SDK so we can integrate it with our camera box control software dashboard so remote operator can monitor and control trailer power systems and status.

BIGLUX: No, the trailer doesn't have a computer onboards with monitoring software, usually it is DIY by our customers themselves.
