Detail Specification Portable Lighting Tower 2000W:
GENERAL:
This specification describes the general features of a Portable LED Lighting Tower capacity 2,000W LED Light type with diesel engine to supply power for Lights unit with 8750mm height mast tower light. This configuration are use for lighting mine site purpose to support activity in mine site at night time and with the skid plate platform to ease when moving the unit as needed.
CONSTRUCTION:
· Construct a suitable skid plate platform steel channel mainrunners and crossbearers and 5mm checker plate floor and to be equipped with jack stand to balance the configuration unit also fitted lifting lug both of side skid plate platforms to allow easy removal and fittings.
· To construct lockable cabinet for diesel Generator Set, Power Pack, and Controls and to be incorporate flexible mounting to reduce vibration affect when Generator Set operate.
· Cabinet to be fabricated from 3mm mild steel and fitted heavy-duty stainless-steel hinges, stainless lock and oil resistant rubber seals and wire mesh for ventilation purpose.
GENERATOR:
· Supply and install Diesel engine (Kubota Z482-B-CHN-1, 3.4 kW, 1500 rpm) with Alternator (Stamford, PI044D, 220 Vac, Single Phase, 50 Hz at 1500 rpm), alternator insulation class H, alternator protection grade IP23. This configuration for power supply electric equipment.
· High temperature shut down (Coolant empty and overheat)
· Engine Oil Pressure Shutdown – located on oil engine tank. Engine will shut down if the oil is low
DIESEL SYSTEM:
· Diesel tank of 300L capacity to be fabricated from 3mm mild steel complete with vent and drain valve. Filling to be via receiver into side of tank and complete with level sight glass. Tank to be mounted to tray structure members. Suction height position is on 15% of total height.
TOWER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:
· To be fitted with Hydraulic Cylinders.
· Supply and install Power Pack to drive Hydraulic Cylinder by AC Electric Motor will be coupled with suitable hydraulic pump complete with oil tank and to be fitted filler/breather, temperature an level sight glass.
CONTROLS:
· An integrated control panel will be mounted in the cabinet to provide the following:
· Control panel to include:
ALC708 SmartGen will be use to switch and monitoring for:
Electrical Power on/off,
Engine RPM,
Voltage, Current Genset, Electrical Frequency
Electrical light switches – for lights will be separated turn on/off each side the lights as per required.
Hydraulic cylinder control – for up and down cylinders Tower mast, and tilting the lights 180 degree.
ELECTRICAL:
· Tower Lights – Fit four (4) only 500W LED Lights (CS-FL-500W) type with 65000 luminous flux for one set light. LED Light can be rotated 180 degree.
· Cabinet Lights – Clear 24 Vdc LED lights to be fitted in all cabinets with switching as door opens and closes. Power from generator set via battery 2x 12Vdc-200Ah.
· Electrical short protection – Use Main Circuit Breaker for each LED Light and fitted on main line electric circuit.
· All wiring to be in conduit with junction boxes for ease of maintenance.
PAINT:
· Entire steel structure to be cleaned, primed, and painted in polyurethane to client’s
required colours.
FINISH:
· Attach serial number and manufacturer's identification plates.
· Service Manual will be provided
