The protection level of solar panels is no less than IP65. Battery box adopts explosion-proof box, explosion-proof grade is not lower than Exd ⅱ BT4, protection grade is not lower than IP68;
3,) The solar panel shall be installed on the steel pipe column provided by the supplier and fixed on the cement foundation provided by the owner with anchor bolts. The supplier shall provide all mounting brackets, accessories and anchor bolts. The solar panels and batteries provided by the supplier shall meet the requirements of "Technical Specification for Solar Power System" (DEC-S-GU-EL-012);
4,) The signal uploaded by the solar controller shall include the voltage of the power supply system, load current, charging voltage and battery current, battery temperature, fault signal, remaining power, etc.;
5,) The influence of wind should be taken into full consideration when the rod is installed. For valve chambers in wind or typhoon areas, the supplier should provide wind resistance calculation report; A lightning rod should be installed on the top of the pole, using the pole as the lead down, and the supplier is responsible for a good connection with the power grounding body, forming effective lightning protection for the solar plate and the system cabinet; The installation of the solar plate should be fully considered in the design of the pole. When one pole cannot be satisfied, multiple poles or metal layers can be used. The specific installation method shall be approved by the owner and design unit. The design of the holding rod or the layer frame should be strong and firm, and the influence of the environment (especially typhoon and earthquake) should be fully considered. The supplier should calculate according to the local meteorological data of the valve chamber along the line and provide the strength calculation book.
6,) The battery should be maintenance-free colloidal battery, without adding water for life; The design conforms to IEC 60896-21/22 standard; Short charging time; Deep discharge resistance;
7,) The storage battery shall be installed in the open air or underground according to the ambient temperature of the area. Batteries installed in open air in boxes should meet all-weather operating conditions. The buried batteries must be buried below the frozen soil layer. In the design scheme provided by the supplier, the waterproof, anti-freezing and thermal insulation problems of the battery should be fully considered, and the breathing problems of the battery should be solved.
