Technical requirements for intelligent video surveillance equipment
In order to strengthen the on-site management and control of high risks and hidden dangers, it is planned to install intelligent video surveillance equipment at the third-party site to monitor the on-site conditions of the third-party site in real time and automatically identify dangerous behaviors such as illegal entry and mechanical excavation to reduce on-site operation risks.
(1) General requirements for intelligent monitoring equipment and system
1. Intelligently delimit and identify the protected area within the monitoring scope;
2. It can intelligently identify the dangerous behaviors of personnel (digging/shoveling) and designated engineering equipment (such as excavator/drill/bulldozer, etc.) in the demarcated area, find the alarm target and push the alarm information to the monitoring terminal, link the alarm lights, and play the warning recording through the loudspeaker. The alarm should not be repeated for stationary objects.
The recognition rate is not less than 80% and the false positive rate is not more than 10%. The recognition algorithm can be upgraded to continuously improve the recognition rate and reduce the false positive rate.
3. Alarm information should be actively pushed in case of equipment dumping or shifting which leads to the change of identification area;
4. Alarm process can be customized;
5. Store and manage alarm records and event photos and videos, and have the function of early warning push and forming hidden trouble tracking and processing closed loop in the background. The storage time of equipment video information is not less than 30 days;
6. Multi-user hierarchical management, supporting mobile Android system, Apple IOS system;
7. Can provide real-time monitoring picture, camera internal system parameters interface;
8. Capable of remote management and control of on-site equipment, monitoring the battery power, network signal and other equipment operating parameters of the on-site equipment, and self-diagnosis of equipment abnormalities;
9. Main control module and network communication module: can run stably for a long time. It has the function of offline detection and automatic reconnection control system, anti-crash watchdog function and automatic upgrade function.
10. Can realize front-end image real-time preview, real-time video storage, image history playback, remote propaganda and multimedia information push and other functions.
(2) Equipment shell and structure
1. The box body and the pole should be made of steel plate, steel pipe and anti-corrosion paint. Batteries and other related equipment should be placed in the box body.
2. The camera suspension height of the device should meet the requirements of monitoring area in most scenarios;
3. The equipment should be equipped with pulleys to facilitate the movement and arrangement of the equipment;
4. Keep the center of gravity of the equipment as low as possible to improve the wind resistance of the equipment.
(3) Solar power supply system
1. Total nominal power of solar panels ≥250W;
2. Rated charging power of solar controller should be greater than or equal to 250W, easy to use MPPT professional solar charging controller scheme, improve power generation efficiency;
3. Use well-known brand battery to ensure stable power supply for 24 hours.
(4) Main control box
1. The main control box box should have certain sealing and waterproof performance;
2. The internal circuit board should be modular, easy to plug and plug design, convenient maintenance and replacement;
3. The wiring layout is orderly and the logo is clear;
4. The plastic sealing drawing of monitoring equipment is attached in the box, which describes the equipment model and circuit layout in detail;
5. Suitable for outdoor use, heat dissipation, moisture and rain proof function.

1. Power supply: DC12V low-voltage power supply. Average power consumption: ≤10W
2. The battery voltage can be linearly stabilized to 12V to provide power switch management for cameras and other functional expanding equipment;
2. Equipped with GPS/ Beidou positioning for remote tracking, equipped with illegal unpacking anti-theft alarm, equipment dumping damage alarm;
3. When the battery is low, the power supply of the main device is automatically shut down, and the power supply of the device is automatically restored when the voltage is in the normal range;
4. Support the triple network connection 4G network, which can realize the equipment voltage monitoring, remote restart, upgrade, fault query, configuration of camera ball machine operation parameters and other functions.

(8) Loudspeakers
