Solar Panels

Support MouduleBus protocol for data collection, data transmission support AT least MQTT(SSL), OPENSSL transmission protocol. The format of the data packet should include the start character, device ID, protocol ID, channel number, collection time, and CRC check code to facilitate the device to quickly access the platform.


The solar controller in the control box supports standard MouduleBus protocol and RS485 output.


Battery requirements


(1) The battery adopts high-performance, maintenance-free special colloidal battery, and the working voltage of a single battery is 12V.


(2) Battery selection of high performance maintenance free special colloidal battery, service life is more than 7 years. According to the power consumption of the monitoring system provided by the supplier, batteries in different installation positions should be backed up for more than three days.


(3) Batteries should be installed in thermal insulation battery boxes, which are buried in the ground. The buried depth of the battery boxes should be below the frozen soil layer, and the protection level should not be lower than IP67. Because the ground water level is high, the battery cannot be installed underground. Instead, it can be installed on the monitoring pole.


Requirements for integrated control box


The monitoring and control box adopts the technical requirements of 4G transmission. The monitoring and control box consists of 4G router, solar controller, surge protection module and distribution box, and has the following functions:


Industrial-grade dual network port 4G router, supporting full netcom, support serial port data collection, support 4G+ wired return;


State of remote solar power supply system;


Audio output interface, equipped with propaganda device, monitoring site with remote propaganda function, and equipped with the corresponding loudspeaker, the loudspeaker broadcast sound intensity should be more than 70 decibels.


It has the function of remote network management for all devices, realizing the real-time monitoring of power status of front-end devices, power-off detection, remote restart of cameras, 4G traffic monitoring and other functions.


The control box should be equipped with sound and light alarm module, voice intercom and remote propaganda module.


Requirements for 4G routers:


When 4G mode is adopted for transmission, the camera should be equipped with a 4G router, which should support Wi-Fi function and full netcom function;


4G router should adopt industrial grade and be a well-known brand in China;


The router should support DC power supply mode;


The general pipe section adopts 4G ball machine, without router configuration.


The integrated control box shall adopt IP66 protection grade.


Monitoring rod requirements


1. The length of the monitoring rod should be 6m or 9m according to the actual situation.


2. All monitoring rods shall be made of steel, with wall thickness greater than 4mm and anti-corrosion treatment. The monitoring pole should be equipped with lightning protection and grounding devices. The grounding resistance should be less than 10 ohms. In areas where thunderstorms are common, the grounding resistance should be no less than 4 ohms.


3. The monitoring pole shall be designed and installed with lightning protection system. A fence should be installed around the buried monitoring pole and buried battery. The height of the fence above the ground should not be less than 1m.


4. There should be a warning slogan jointly with the public security department on the monitoring pole.


5. Monitoring rod should be equipped with embedded flange, embedded bolt and floor cage.


Monitoring rod foundation and installation requirements


1. Provide the building materials of monitoring rod supporting foundation, including but not limited to: installation requirements, reinforced floor cage, base, supporting bolts and nuts, safety protection fence.


2. Responsible for the installation of monitoring pole and monitoring pole foundation.


3. Installation of other supporting facilities.
