The solar energy will directly fill the battery during the day of the next day. Clear sky theory can be year-round uninterrupted standby.
Solar charging and power consumption calculation on cloudy and rainy days:
1. Calculate the power of 200W solar panels on cloudy or rainy days: On cloudy days or rainy days, the solar energy cannot directly reach the solar panel due to the cover of clouds, and the power conversion of power generation will be changed, which is about 10-15% of that on sunny days. 200W* 6.5h *12%=156WH. According to the above calculation, we can get the power stored in the battery after the first cloudy day: 1296WH+156WH-240WH=1186WH, from this formula we can calculate that on cloudy days and rainy days, there will be 84WH power shortage, 120AH*12V=1440WH*0.9 battery depth discharge =1296WH, 1296WH/84WH=15.42 days of standby time.
