1. LED lamps should pay attention to regularly cleaning the dust and dirt on the cover of lamps and lanterns, and keep the outer cover clean, which can improve the light efficiency and heat dissipation performance of lamps and lanterns. For example, the protection grade of lamps and lanterns is IP65, so we know that 6 of them is dustproof grade, which means to completely prevent dust from entering. Denotes the waterproof level, which means that there is no harm in rinsing with water. So, when we use water jet to clean, should cut off the power, forbid to use dry cloth to scrub the plastic shell of lamps and lanterns (transparent), prevent static electricity.
2. Check whether the transparent parts have any traces of foreign body impact, and whether the protective net is loose, welded or corroded. If so, stop using, repair and replace in time.
3. If there is any water in the lamp cavity of the lamp used in the humid environment, it shall be cleaned in time and the sealing parts shall be replaced to ensure the protective performance of the shell. After the lamp leaves the factory, in the process of final installation of the lamp, the lamp may also be improperly installed to cause the phenomenon of water inflow, which causes the lamp to leak water and cannot be used normally. Accordingly, installation way also should be appropriate without error, assure the life of lamps and lanterns.
4. During the maintenance of the lamp, the following points shall be checked after opening the cover: 1. In case of the above problems, repair and replace them in time.
5. Before installation, the LED explosion-proof lamp shall be checked from the nameplate and the product description: explosion-proof type, category, class and group; Protection grade of the shell; Installation method and fastener requirements for installation, etc. The installation of the explosion-proof lamp shall ensure the fastening and fastening bolts shall not be replaced arbitrarily, and the spring washer shall be complete.
6. The sealing rings used for dust prevention and water proofing should be installed as before; Where the cable enters the line, the cable should be closely matched with the sealing washer, the cable section should be round, and the surface of the sheath should not be convex or concave. The excess inlet shall be sealed according to the explosion-proof type, and the compression nut shall be tightened to seal the inlet.
7. Check whether the transparent parts have any traces of foreign body impact, and whether the protective net is loose, welded or corroded. If so, stop using, repair and replace in time.
8. When opening the lamp cover, the cover shall be opened after power off according to the requirements of the warning plate.
