Q: Does this Higuard include a camera?
A: No, it doesn't. Generally, customers prefer to install cameras locally.
To ensure a plug-and-play experience, we provide DC outputs of 24V/48V and ample CCTV box space for installation. Of course, if needed, we also offer Hikvision cameras and pre-installation services.
Q: What are the standards for the electrical components of HiGUARD CCTV tower?
A: Our solar panels, MPPT controllers, batteries, switches, etc., are from well-known brands and all comply with various certifications such as CE and FCC.
Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Standard sample is generally shipped within 2 weeks, batch orders is generally about 1 month. Please kindly consult our sales team for specifics.
Q: How many cameras can this HiGUARD power?
A: The specific quantity depends on the power of the camera. Generally, our customers install one PTZ camera or 2-3 turret-type cameras. We have installation plates on the bottom, front and back of the box for customers to install.
Q: Can the 4m mast be extended to 6-7m?
A: Not recommended. Due to the limited base area of HiGUARD, excessive height may cause unstable center of gravity and safety hazards. 4m is the optimal height. For height extension, please choose our HiSolo model and consult our sales team for details.
Q: Any discounts available?
A: Pricing depends on product configuration. Our sales team will quote based on your needs. On this basis, discounts can be provided for full-container orders.
Q: What's the warranty period?
A: 2-year standard warranty. During the warranty period, if any product failures occurs, we will provide technical support and free replacement parts.
