Most systems come standard with an AC to DC battery charger for energy storage applications. We can customize the product according to customer's different requirements.

How do you deal with after sale service?
1. We will prepare spare parts for some vital parts according to the order quantity or project requirement.
2. We will supply you a spare part list for your reference. If you consider the spare parts we listed is not enough, you can select to buy some more as you like.
3. According to our after-sale regulation, after-sale service should have response within 24 hours, and the replaced fault part should be send to you as soon as possible. (usually it will take about 1 week for parts delivery when we already have spare parts stocked, for some parts which are out of stock, we have to double check once after-sales needed).
